As someone who's picky about ingredients, I'm absolutely obsessed with Clean Dough. Their cookies are made with real, whole-food ingredients that don't upset my stomach, and they actually taste incredible! It's rare to find a treat that feels indulgent without the digestive consequences. I especially love that they use einkorn flour; while not gluten-free, it's easier to digest thanks to its gentler gluten.
